2025 Artistic Highlights: Film Credits, Utility Box, Gallery Show

Film Credits

I have had the opportunity to work on several animated films and two of them were released in 2025! These are my first film credits, including a feature length, theatrical release movie “Sneaks”. Think of “Cars” but with anthropomorphic shoes.

My work got a lot of screen time because I did the texturing and surfacing work for the main character shoes, Ty and Maxine (the white shoes with gold laces), as well several support characters and sets/environments. A highlight was texturing the character OG, which was an official partnership with Converse.

The second film was “The High Kings Daughter”. I textured all of the 3D characters and props and supported the look development. This short film has a unique style, projecting 2D background paintings onto simple 3D backgrounds, and I created the hand painted textures to help the 3D characters blend into this environment. It was produced in the Unreal Engine. The High King's Daughter Trailer.

Foster City Utility Box Art

Last December, I submitted a proposal for Foster City’s pilot run to decorate 4 utility boxes across the city. They prioritized artists who live, go to school, or work in the city, and since starting at CPC, I work in Foster City.

I was one of four artists selected, and, over the summer, my digital pairing of Foster City was applied as a vinyl wrap instead of traditionally painting the box. You can read more about this project on its dedicated blog post.

Gallery Art Show

I participated in my second gallery show and my second show with Transform Arts. This show was also in partnership with Reintegra, an anti-trafficking organization working in Latin America. Transform and Reintegra hosted 4 weeks of workshops for the participating artists on art and advocacy and art and trauma and to give us the opportunity to hear from some of the women in recovery in Reintegra program.

You can read more about this piece and the show on its blog post.
