Arduino Air Popper Coffee Roaster

Chris (my husband) is the coffee aficionado in our family. He got this air popcorn popper to try roasting his own green coffee beans. I've been modding it to give temperature control and output a real-time temperature curve graph (what the pros use to control their roasts). I've incorporated an Arduino, added a dimmer switch, and created a python program to real-time plot the data from the Arduino.
