Google Self-Driving Car Art Contest Winner

Back in 2015 I was still working as a mechanical engineer in product design, but I received confirmation for my artistic pursuits when I was selected as a winner for Google's Paint The Town art contest.

They sought to engage the community around Mountain View by holding a local contest to decorate the door panels with an original piece of art responding to the prompt: My Community, My Neighbors

I made this piece in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with the following description:

"“The style of my piece represents how communities are composed of layers. The city itself, neighborhoods, and individuals all contribute to the overall community. My community and neighbors are diverse, technically inclined, yet wildly creative and exploratory.”
